marketing and servicing representative whose primary focus is to constantly
compare the rates of our groups' current carriers to other competitors to ensure
that our customers are getting the best rates and benefits available. Mark also
markets and services the life and health insurance needs for our individual
clients, specializing in Medicare Supplements and senior markets. He administers
all paperwork relating to individual applications from submission until completion.
Mark has spent the last 24 years in the health and life insurance business and

Kristi
Franklin a licensed health
and life insurance agent, is an administrative assistant for groups of 51+ lives.
Kristi attended Indiana State University where she studied Business/Computer
education. With her technology background, Kristi helps Vincennes Insurance,
Inc. make strides in educating our accounts about computerized administration
and Internet applications. She creates Employee Benefit Center websites for
employers so that employees can access their benefits and other employer information
online at their own convenience. She works closely with business owners and
HR directors going over contracts and plan documents as well as plan administration
so they fully understand their plans and are able to more efficiently administer
their plans. As the insurance industry moves toward computerized administration
for employers, her knowledge will be an asset to both Vincennes Insurance and
group benefit administrators.

Judy
Dreiman, our lead claims specialist, is a registered nurse and licensed
health facility administrator. She has been a claims analyst at Vincennes Insurance
since 1996. Each day she assists our customers in resolving claims issues and
unraveling the myriad of problems that develop from the communications between
physicians, hospitals, networks and insurance companies. She fully understands
the intricacies of the claims management system and is able to help our insured
through any claim problems. At Vincennes Insurance we realize that service is
key to our customers. This makes Judy our most popular employee since she solves
their claim problems.
Calvin
Devers has more than 40 years of experience in the accounting field.
Calvin has worked for large area corporations and has been the head of an accounting
department before coming to Vincennes Insurance. He is responsible for premium
and revenue tracking, as well as all other accounting services, including payroll.

Mary
Miller, brings to Vincennes Insurance ten years of experience as
a registrar in the outpatient and emergency room departments at Good Samaritan
Hospital. A caring and compassionate person, Mary spent the last nine years
in Nashville, Tennessee, as a nanny for the children of country music star Alan
Jackson. Mary and her husband Steve chose to move back to their home, Vincennes,
to be close to their family. This consideration and sensitivity to others are
the same qualities she brings to her work as a claims specialist at Vincennes
Insurance. She understands that a claim problem is a serious concern to our
customers and is dedicated to providing personal, caring attention to each individual.
Our customer's appreciate Mary's pleasant and reassuring manner when they are
dealing with an unpaid or improperly paid claim.

Loretta
Young is the administrative assistant for groups of 2- 50 lives.
Her duties include assisting potential new groups through the applications process
and maintaining accounts once they are approved. Loretta closely examines applications
and related paperwork as it comes into the office to make certain all information
is provided as requested. She works closely with the group's contact person
to ensure that the administration of the plan runs smoothly and that insured
employees understand their new benefits. She is available at any point to answer
questions relating to billing, eligibility, and COBRA. Loretta is detail oriented,
conscientious and a valuable asset to our small group employers.

of 2-50. Cole attended Purdue University and has spent the last few years in

is attending Vincennes University, pursuing a degree in pre-law. She is a licensed
life insurance agent and has earned a certified insurance services representative
designation specializing in property and casualty insurance. Some of her responsibilities

submission of information to provide quotations for potential new groups, and
review of applications and related paperwork prior to submission. She is also

she handled human resource issues for over 500 employees. Some of her responsibilities
