The Vincennes Insurance team strives to be the most educated and professionally credentialed benefit advisory team in the country. As one of our five values, we believe “education is the key to success.” Our experienced staff is prepared to assist our clients with everything from consulting to administration.
We consider ourselves a family. The office is full of energetic, committed individuals who strive daily to meet the needs of our clients. At the same time, we enjoy learning about each other and building relationships with fellow colleagues.
On any given day, you’ll find employees in the break room chatting during lunch about their weekend, or a group of people organizing an after hours activity. Staff members share in each others’ passions to run marathons, play guitar, experiment with photography, or volunteer at the local food bank. Every Monday morning, the team comes together to go over goals for the week, and celebrate in personal and professional successes.
We also practice what we preach to our clients – we stress wellness in the workplace by focusing on healthy eating and exercise. We ask our carriers to help us out by bringing in fruit and other healthy alternatives instead of doughnuts. We believe in wellness so much that our employee benefit package is actually tied to wellness incentives!
